 "Good alternatives" 2009-10-24

I enjoyed looking through the book and find it well planned with lots of good information and tips. Have tried several recipes and find they are accurate. Unfortunately many of the products recommended are not available in the midwest so substituted a higher fat product. Promotes a much healthier lifestyle and recipes are easy to follow and instructions are clear.

I am doing Weight Watchers and was looking for some recipes that fit in with the program. This is the book to get. I have found so many recipes that keep me within my points and taste good too.

"Lots of Yummy (real life) recipes." 2009-10-19

If your looking to make the change over to this kind of eating (permanently) then this book is for you. It has many really good looking recipes and enough to keep you satisfied and interested. This coupled with her other book is great as far as the amount of recipes, knowledge and tidbits she sends your way. But this book alone has a good amount of "go to" recipes.

And the sections on strategies are very helpful if not an interesting read in themselves.

I recommend it!

I love the Hungry girl recipes because they are huge portions, fun to make, and ssooo satisfying. You won't be dissapointed if you have a big appetite and wan't to eat less calories. She comes up with some pretty crazy ideas...but they work!
